Our Policies
ORDERS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website. We do charge for your order at time of purchase and will ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items, pre-sale items or long delivery times.
If you have any questions regarding a product (ie. color, size, weight, material, texture, etc.) we can be reached at info@shopaudenandavery.com.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
No refunds or returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. Please see the damages section below for more information.
We do not offer refunds on pre-sale items. Placement in our incoming overseas container was reserved for the product you ordered. These items are made from scratch by hand for you.
DAMAGES
Unfortunately sometimes damages occur in shipping. We are so sorry if this happens to you! If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in its original packaging and email us within 48 hours at info@shopaudenandavery.com. Please include in your email the order number, at least 3 photos of the damaged item and 3 photos of the packaging/box. We will be happy to assist. DO NOT THROW THE ITEM OUT!
Please note: All damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement and/or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner. Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.
PRODUCT NOTATIONS
Please note that some of our products are made from natural sources, therefore they may have blemishes. This is part of the beauty of the product. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.
Items that are made with natural material, such as but not limited to, rattan, bamboo, agate, stone, wood, marble, etc. will all vary slightly in color and texture. Knots, chips, divots, and small cracks are not considered defects but part of the beauty of the product.
Every screen shows color differently. If you have any questions on a products color or texture please email info@shopaudenandavery.com. We do our best to send additional photos and answer any questions that you may have.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 10am – 4pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week.
We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes items are out of stock at time of purchase or unexpected delays may occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will email you with information on when you can expect your order.
Most items will be shipped directly from the warehouse in Charleston, SC, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need rush delivery, please reach out prior to ordering.
Additional shipping and delivery fees will be assessed for white glove delivery service, oversized shipments and large furniture orders that require freight shipping.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to AK or HI at this time, only to the 48 contiguous states.
